Ahoy there me hearties! Think we might have gone bonkers here at Nurture Lakeland but we're planning to build and set sail in a cardboard boat. Yes, you did read that right. Team Nurture Lakeland have agreed not only to be the sustainability partner at the Low Wood No Wood Cardboard Boat Race in its second year, but we've committed to design and create a craft and get down and damp (but too damp we hope!) in Windermere at the event on 17th May 2014.

 

So, we're laying down the gauntlet (or should that be dropping the anchor?) to all you businesses and organisations out there (Ahoy Lake District National Park! Got your team together yet??) - join us for what promises to be an amazingly bonkers day of frothy fun and frolics in aid of a great cause.
