An Evening of Inspiration

This event inspired new local businesses to become involved in Visitor Giving. People gathered at the Langdale Hotel for a chat, drinks and nibbles, to meet like-minded business owners and hear some inspirational, engaging and motivating words from John Firrell, Executive Director of the Considerate Hotels Association and Nick Lancaster, Operations Director at The Langdale Estate.
Considerate Hoteliers include some of the most famous flagship hotels across the country (The Savoy, The Ritz, Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons) and many other smaller businesses who share the same values, the same ethos – to operate in a way which enhances the viability of their businesses, the environment and the quality of the experience on offer to their guests, staff and visitors.
Langdale Estates have been ‘doing their bit’ for many years now, with creativity and flair, to sustain the beautiful and iconic Langdale valley - says Nick “We rely on our stunning landscapes to draw visitors to this beautiful county.
